Food/supplies
Toiletry kits – These are our most popular item requested from neighbors – $5
Discipleship Staff expense fund (lunch, coffee with our neighbors) – $15-20
Transportation (Gas cards) – $25 or $50 provides 2 or 4 rides for people seeking medical help, job interviews, and other critical transportation.
Food: We feed approximately 100 meals a week – $250 per week
Christmas Store gifts – $100 per family (serving 70 families)
Discipleship materials – We provide Bibles and study materials for our discipleship process. $20 per person.
Tutoring materials – We provide weekly educational tutoring for children in the Brightmoor neighborhood. $40 per student
Wifi – We broadcast our internet signal for our neighbors to utilize as their own. This costs us around $80 per month per ministry house (3 houses).
Benevolence fund – We occasionally discern a need in the neighborhood where we feel led to contribute directly (eg: Funeral costs, paying bill, clothing for job interview, etc.)
Housing
Rehab of 22035 Lyndon. We currently have two homes in the process of rehabilitation. We estimate the cost of construction to be about $30,000 per home to make them safe, dignifying and comfortable.
Staffing
Salaries – We do not charge our neighbors for our services, and our church community has limited financial giving capacity, so all of our staff members are funded like domestic missionaries.
